Institutional and corporate applicants must be duly organized and in good standing in their jurisdiction of formation.
When establishing an account with Westernveygabcapital, you agree to furnish accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and multi-factor authentication devices. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
Westernveygabcapital provides comprehensive digital banking services including, but not limited to: personal and business checking accounts, savings and money market accounts, certificates of deposit, electronic fund transfers, wire transfers, automated clearing house transactions, bill payment services, debit and credit card products, sustainable investment portfolios, lending products, and treasury management solutions. All Services are subject to applicable fees, terms, and conditions disclosed during account establishment and in our published Fee Schedule.
Westernveygabcapital maintains a commitment to fee transparency. All applicable fees associated with your account will be disclosed at account opening and remain accessible in our current Fee Schedule. We reserve the right to modify our Fee Schedule from time to time. We shall provide advance notice of any fee changes as required by applicable law and regulation. Continued use of your account following such notice constitutes acceptance of modified fees.
Our Services include electronic fund transfer capabilities. Your rights and obligations concerning electronic fund transfers, including error resolution procedures and liability limitations, are set forth in our Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement, which is provided at account opening and incorporated herein by reference. Please review this document carefully.
Deposits held at Westernveygabcapital are insured up to the maximum applicable limits by the appropriate deposit insurance authority in your jurisdiction. Detailed information regarding deposit insurance coverage is available upon request. Securities and investment products offered through our wealth management division are not FDIC insured, may lose value, and are not guaranteed by the institution.
The protection of your personal and financial information is fundamental to our operations. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, details how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your information. By utilizing our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We employ institutional-grade encryption and continuous monitoring to protect your data.
You agree not to utilize our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, tax evasion, identity theft, and any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory guidance. Westernveygabcapital cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation and prosecution of prohibited activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Westernveygabcapital, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use our Services, regardless of the legal theory upon which such claim is based.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by applicable law or regulation. You may close your account at any time by contacting our client services department. Upon account closure, available funds will be returned to you via the method of your choosing, less any outstanding fees or obligations.

We will provide notice of material modifications as required by applicable law. Your continued use of our Services following the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you established your account, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
